In 1983, attorneys Thomas J. Winters and Michael J. King founded the law firm of Winters & King, Inc. to provide personal attention and legal counsel to organizations and individuals worldwide. During our over 35-year history, we have helped more than 5,500 religious and other nonprofit organizations deal with a variety of routine and unusual legal issues. In our capacity as literary agents for authors across the United States, we have accumulated sales of over 100 million books , and more than 35 titles by our authors have been recognized as New York Times Bestsellers.
