Answering the call of Jesus Christ, Wisdom's Hope will provide transitional housing and services for low-income families who have a child with special health needs to empower them to attain their maximum self-sufficiency. Wisdom's Hope provides: -- safe, dignified transitional housing with access to transportation and shopping -- medically managed daycare and developmental assistance -- individualized case managament and pastoral care -- mentoring on financial literacy and employment skills -- hope for a better, stronger family life
