Witchcraft’s story starts with our founder, Jackson So.
After accumulating years of experience in the industry and traveling to places world-renowned for their distilling and brewing prowess, Jackson So made his passion into action by setting up a microdistillery and brewery as an experimental outlet for his ideas and hijinks.
It was only ever meant for his own enjoyment, and that of friends and family. But with each new successful distill, he began to dream bigger despite his small-town beginnings. And thus by 2017, Witchcraft Brewery and Distillery was born.
And over the years, he has handcrafted small-batches of these well-loved, classic spirits: gin, vodka, and whiskey.
