Our passion is holistic health. We believe you can change a life by teaching how to take health into your own hands. Through guest speakers and sessions, we teach you strategies to enhance wellness in your home. We nourish your body with organic, pasture-raised or highest quality gluten-free and dairy-free food, we move your body through a slow-flow gentle yoga session, and we expand your mind through intentional conversations, connection and sisterhood.
While we sprinkle in plenty of relaxation with a beautiful home, gorgeous natural surroundings, silent reflection, sound bowl healing, and optional massage/energy healing, this isn't necessarily a retreat focused on relaxation. We share rooms and sometimes beds, we have deep conversations, and we live for the breakthroughs. You'll feel connected and comfortable within the first couple of hours and will find a sisterhood vibe unlike anything you've experienced before.
