Woodcross Resources is the first integrated tin production company, from mines to metal, in The Republic of Uganda. The company is developing two mining licenses in the Ntungamo and Isingiro districts in South Western Uganda. Cassiterite produced from its mining assets and other verified third party sources is then refined at its smelting facility in Mbarara into LME Grade A Tin (+99.85%). We are committed to developing sustainable practices that align with our commitment to social and governance stewardship. Our refinery provides much needed in country value-addition, supporting the development of Uganda's mineral and metals industry and creating new opportunities for Uganda's youth. Our refined tin product meets international specifications and represents a 'greener' source of tin metal for conscious buyers that traditionally source tin from the major refineries in Asia.
