Woodland Wills & Probate is a family firm based in picturesque Gloucestershire with easy access to the M5 and A38. Our qualified team offer Estate Planning advice on all aspects of this area of Private Client Law including Wills, LPA’s, Trusts, Estate Administration & Probate, Funeral Plans and Inheritance Tax Mitigation. We help clients all over the South West however our main areas covered are Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Bath and the Forest of Dean (as well as nearby counties such as Wiltshire and Bristol).
When advising on such a personal subject, we often find that clients prefer to have our meetings in the comfort and privacy of their own homes and so we offer this included as part of our service. We do however always welcome clients to come and see us if they would prefer an appointment at our offices, but please call or email to arrange an appointment prior so we can make sure that the appropriate person is available to see you.
We abide by the Institute of Professional Will Writers Code of Conduct (a copy of which is available on request) and we always strive to pride the best customer care possible. All of our Legal Team are industry qualified specialists and undertake regular CPD and training to keep them up to date with the latest legislation and policy.
