Entering therapy is not always an easy decision. I am willing to meet you where you are, help you to identify your goals, and work on an agreed upon plan. I specialize in anxiety disorders and mood disorders but have experience with almost all major diagnoses. I predominantly use CBT, SFT, and Motivational Interviewing.
The challenge is real, and it may seem insurmountable, but you have the strength within you. Find a therapist that will help you to develop new coping strategies, look at things in new way, break down problems, and focus on solutions. I may not know you yet, but I believe that you can do this because all it takes is someone who is willing to try.
