Woodslane Press is an Australian-owned book publisher, founded in 1994 and based on Sydney’s northern beaches. It originally published titles related to computing and business however the imprint has now firmly established itself as one of the country’s leading publishers of outdoor guides, and select non-fiction titles. Woodslane Press titles are made available through all relevant channels from traditional book stores, online retailers, education suppliers, specialist accounts through its sister company Woodslane -- a leading independent Australian logistics and book distribution company.
The vast majority of our books are written in Australia by passionate Australian authors. All the management of our book development and production happens in Sydney and when we outsource design, editing and other project work we exclusively use Australian designers, editors, cartographers and other professionals. Our books use sustainably sourced FSC papers. We also where applicable will create books for POD and as eBooks.
