The Work Live Leicestershire (WiLL) project exists to build a better future for people in rural Leicestershire, through training and employment opportunities.
The mission of our programme is to provide support, for unemployed rural residents, and help tackle any barriers that are keeping them out of the workforce.
We engage with participants on a one-to-one basis, so you can confide in our keyworkers about your current situation, hopes, aspirations and work goals.
The WiLL project can work with you on your employability skills, so that you are in the best position to build a long-lasting career going forward.
Our training programmes offer a wide range of learning possibilities, tailored to each individual, that can boost your health and well-being as well as practical knowledge.
Whether it’s dealing with stress and anxiety, confidence building, CV writing and interview preparation, digital skills or an introduction to helping in schools, we have you covered!
We can help you get into work experience, through volunteering, or assist with job search, until you find the perfect fit for the next step on your journey.
If you need specialist advice on how to start your own business and become self-employed, we can help with that too, so come to us with an idea that you could make a living from!
