Our mission at Work Well is to create a better working world by empowering individuals through preventative and supportive mental health awareness. We offer a range of programmes that enable businesses to nurture a culture of positive mental health and wellbeing. We do this through training sessions that raise awareness, support for individuals in non-judgemental environment and supplemented with ongoing coaching. We teach therapeutic techniques and life skills to enable people to achieve their goals or objectives, or to make positive changes to their lives. Companies in the UK lose 17.9 million working days per year due to stress, anxiety and depression. If identified and addresses early then the impact of these conditions, on the individual and their productivity, can be significantly reduced. Companies and individuals can be empowered to take greater control of their mental health, by being coached by a trained professional who has personal experience of work-related mental health issues and how to overcome them.
