The Working Group On Organizational Equity is a collective of student, faculty, and practitioner researchers curious about the real impacts of contemporary equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts. We use qualitative and quantitative research methods to determine (1) the types of information organizations need in order to determine their current state of equity and (2) evidence-based best practices for meaningful interventions into that state.
