World-Class Women aims to empower minority women of all ages to confidently develop into the best versions of themselves by hosting programs with a mission in creating a safe and enriching environment that is conducive to spiritual, physical, emotional, and career development growth.
World-Class Women’s vision is to equip minority women of all ages with the necessary resources to reach their maximum potential spiritually, physically, emotionally, and career development in order to flourish in their journey.
Our long-term goal is to groom women to become world-class citizens and to pay it forward in order to propel our mission and changing the world one woman at a time.
S.P.E.C. GOALS
Grow Spiritually: Being a Christian organization, our most important goal is to help girls from the ages of 13-18 to grow spiritually and develop in the Lord. As Christian women, we are aware of the importance of ensuring God has influence in everything you do. Therefore, it is critical and mandatory that no matter what event we host or interactions we have with our mentees that our Christian values will be instilled in some way.
Grow Physically: Our goal is to help girls from the ages of 13-18 and increase their knowledge about health, fitness, and nutrition.
Grow Emotionally: Our goal is to help girls from the ages of 13-18 realize their worth and increase their knowledge on mental health.
Career Development: Our goal is to help educate girls from the ages of 13-18 with resources in order to help them exceed in all areas of their education.
