COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
The World Patriarchal Maronite Foundation for Integral Development (WPF) launched the Community Employment Program in response to the dire need for securing sustainable employment for the Lebanese job seekers in public and private sectors employment. The program aims at promoting sustainable jobs for people in search of decent jobs in Lebanon through:
• Developing an expandable network of sustainable partnerships with private sector businesses, companies, universities, municipalities.
• Providing professional assistance and career guidance to job seekers through one-on-one mentoring and coaching
• Connect jobseekers to matching available job opportunities and support them through their recruitment process.
• Capacity development of job seekers in urgent need for career shifts.
• Improve on the job performance and competitiveness by empowering employees with soft skills proficiencies (Business English and Computer skills).
