Our program is based on the Empress Splendor Tree. Empress Splendor trees are the fastest growing hardwood trees in the world. Within just 10 years, they grow into mature trees that can be harvested and sold for lumber. We are planting trees with our network of farmers in North and Central America for the purposes of timber production and carbon sequestration. When the trees mature, they are harvested for the lumber and we share the profits with our farmers and investors.
