As the group attends closely to the process of writing, thought runs into fresh channels and challenging subjects move nearer to resolution. We use a series of exercises to explain how thinking clearly and writing well are one and the same, and how each supports the other. In the process writing improves, as the outward sign of growing confidence and accomplishment within the group.
