It develops decision-support tools for planners to promote biodiversity and forest performance. Additionally, it optimizes timber harvesting to make processes more environmentally friendly, safer, and economically sustainable. A key focus is on digitalization: using remote sensing data and AI-supported tools to enhance the forest wood value chain and support the sustainable use of our forests.
