Job Role & Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support daily operations and assist in a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee information in the database.
HR Policy Implementation: Assisting with the creation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement: Supporting engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
Training & Development: Helping organize training programs and workshops for employees.
Payroll Support: Assisting in maintaining attendance records and supporting the payroll process.
Administrative Tasks: Performing other HR-related tasks as needed, such as preparing reports, drafting emails, etc.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any field (Final year students can also apply).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Environment:
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
Ability to manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
