I've had the privilege of leading leaders and leaders of leaders for over 20 years. I've experienced the heart-wrenching disappointment in my poor leadership and its negative impact on those I have led. The one thing I've learned over all those years is how to lead with a limp. Moving into the third season of my life I know the number one call is to invest in the next generation of leaders and develop more Sages who can pass on their way of life to the next generation. We don't have enough seasoned leaders who are willing to pass on their way of life to others for the good of others. I believe the way forward is to access:
Ego-(less) leadership. We are only accessing roughly 58% of our design as people. This leaves a lot of our capacity untapped. We believe we are not accessing our full capacity because we are leading from our ego.
