Founded by women who have experienced the industry’s challenges firsthand, we’re here to push for genuine change. Our mission is to create a safer, more inclusive environment where women are recognised and booked for their talent, not tokenism. We encourage bookers to work with our artists not just because they are women, but because they are exceptional at what they do. Each artist we represent is supported by a customised safeguarding rider, tailored to ensure their safety at every performance. These riders go beyond protection, providing guidance to promoters, bookers, and event teams on creating inclusive and respectful environments. We’re helping to set a new industry standard that prioritises respect, equality, and genuine support for female artists.
