XaaS Acquisitions, Inc. Overview

XaaS Acquisitions, Inc. (“XaaS”) is a Special Purpose Acquisition Company ("SPAC") or blank check company newly incorporated as a Delaware C-Corporation for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses or assets. Since its inception, the company has been engaged in organizational efforts, corporate and business planning, and initial financing. Although we have not selected any business combination candidates, we have initiated substantive discussions with several business combination targets in the Telecommunications, Cloud Communications, and Connectivity sectors. We are focusing our search for businesses in these rapidly growing and sustainable arenas as demand for voice, messaging, data, content, connectivity, and communications explode and networks converge. Specific sub-sectors we are targeting include Unified Communications-as-a-Service ("UCaaS"), Communications Platform-as-a-Service ("CPaaS"), and Network-as-a-Service ("NaaS"). We are looking to identify, acquire, and leverage valuable active or distressed legacy assets to combine with innovative software companies owning proprietary or patented solutions for various network layers. Ideally, API-driven cloud-native networking solutions enabling Everything-as-a-Service ("XaaS"). We are also targeting companies offering proprietary or patented network routing and rating software, unique network security software, mobile network platforms, and platforms for the delivery of 5G and IoT connectivity.
