In 2019 Kaijern Lau, the founder of Xandora, launched the Qiling Framework, an open-source cross-platform binary emulation framework. He and the rest of the Xandora team have deep roots in the open source community, including with related projects such as the Capstone Engine, Unicorn Engine and Keystone Engine. Under Xandora, the team has leveraged that experience and those tools to create the Isekai Platform for cross-platform instrumentation emulation.
