We were born from a bold vision to challenge the capabilities of alcohol and ice, pushing the boundaries of how cocktails can be savored. Driven by a shared passion for heightened sensorial experiences, our team of dedicated cocktail lovers believed you shouldn't have to choose between a perfectly crafted drink and an exquisite dessert. We wanted to have our cocktail, and eat it too. With this uncompromising attitude, we embarked on a journey to elevate alcohol beyond its liquid state. Unafraid of breaking the rules and blurring the lines between food and drink, we've created a new way to indulge. Global Tastemakers To perfectly marry art and alchemy, we've worked closely with Nina Métayer for our core product range. The multi-award-winning Parisian chef has dedicated her life to French cuisine and pastry, using her advanced skills to disrupt and innovate. Nina's extensive experience with distinguished chefs and Michelin-starred restaurants, including presenting her creations to President Emmanuel Macron for over four years, ensures unparalleled quality. Nina brings her unique creative flair, giving our cocktail sorbets their exceptional flavors and a mouthfeel far superior to any other alcoholic sorbets. Breakthrough Technology For two years, our team meticulously worked to find the right food technology and processes that could successfully freeze higher ABVs. Through hundreds of iterations, we finally achieved the feat of freezing alcohol at a significant ABV. Our cocktail sorbets are crafted using innovative food technology that challenges traditional alcohol consumption, creating beautifully crafted sorbet cocktails that can be savored from the first bite to the last sip.
