Breakthrough Technology
For two years, our team meticulously worked to find the right food technology and processes that could successfully freeze higher ABVs. Through hundreds of iterations, we finally achieved the feat of freezing alcohol at a significant ABV. Our cocktail sorbets are crafted using innovative food technology that challenges traditional alcohol consumption, creating beautifully crafted sorbet cocktails that can be savored from the first bite to the last sip.
