XPAND is an intense 3-day executive retreat for entrepreneurs, investors and C-level executives with an entrepreneurial mindset, who are passionate about personal and professional growth or are at questioning or decision making crossroads in their business and personal journeys. Using theories, methods and tools from the worlds of management, creativity and mindfulness, and using painting as a way of expression and processing, participants are given the opportunity to take a break from the rat race and their routine, to honestly examine the challenges and questions they face and creatively discover new outlooks and ways of thinking based on a sense of meaning and internal freedom. XPAND is a personal private process done in a group of like-minded people, it is not a group-sharing process. The retreat is held around the world in select small intimate groups, and participants are curated through application and personal interviews.
