"Yamagishi Iron Works" Opens
The first president, Kashinosuke Yamagishi opens an Iron Works.
1943 ~ 1949
"Yasui" is born
The history of our firm begins with the formation of 'Yasui Navigational Instruments Co' in 1943 as part of a wartime national policy measure. After the war ends, the firm begins again as 'Yasui Industrial Co.'.
1950 ~ 1964
Leap Forward as an Auto-Mechanic Equipment Manufacturer
Yasui survives the troubled times after the war, and beginning with garage jacks, actively develops a range of new products. Expands into Tokyo and also relocates and upgrades main factory. During this period, Yasui builds its foundation as Auto-Mechanic Equipment Manufacturer.
1965 ~ 1974
To the World Market
During this period, riding on the wave of motorization around the world, Yasui is able to cement its position as one of the top manufacturers in the Auto-Mechanic Equipment industry. Yasui also actively seeks out markets overseas and begins the development of gate-type car wash machines, continually increasing its business range.
1975 - 1984
The Pride of a Field Leader
The world recognizes the quality of Yasui's products, and exports continue to increase year by year, and even further emphasis is placed on new product development. During this period, Yasui further cements its position as a top leader in the industry,
1985 - 1994
Accelerating Development of Car Wash Machines
Against a background of the rising Yen and the economic bubble bursting, conditions become difficult, and a change in focus from the overseas market to the domestic market is made. In addition, development of car wash machines is accelerated.
1995 -
A New Era
Development of car wash machines further progresses. From the range, the industry leading ÒMiraconÓ and "Softex" products are born. The Yasui attitude of always striving to develop unique and distinct products still continues strongly to this day.
