Yes On IP28

Yes On IP28 is a small grassroots campaign with the mission of extending the protections that Oregon anti-cruelty legislation currently provides for companion animals to animals on farms, research labs, rodeos and exhibitions, and in the wild. We aim to achieve this through the ballot initiative process, building on similar historical movements like the fight for women’s suffrage. Collecting enough signatures to qualify Initiative Petition 28 for the 2026 ballot for the Oregon state ballot would allow the public to vote to approve the initiative.
