YMCA George Williams College was established almost 50 years ago to specialise in training and supporting new and existing practitioners, working with children, young people, families and communities. The College also helps organisations to evaluate and develop their practice.
Our approach is focused on learning by doing and building practitioners relationship skills. We call this relational practice. We believe classroom and theory learning is important but understanding how to effectively apply this is even more important.
