She has been practicing for 19 years and teaching for over 10 years. Dana has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin style yoga classes in yoga studios, health clubs, semi-private and privately since January 2007. Her background in corporate Business Banking coupled with her training and experience in yoga allow her to approach Wellness in the Workplace with expertise and understanding for the business owner and corporate employee.
Dana not only loves sharing the gift of yoga with her students, she enjoys developing and producing media products that invite people to find and maintain balance in their lives.
