We are a group of teachers trained for 1750 class hours (21 weeks) at the Isha Hatha Yoga teacher training program in 2013, conducted in the Adiyogi Alayam – a consecrated space specially created for Classical Hatha Yoga, which is located at the foothills of Velliangiri Mountains (Coimbatore – India) also known as the Southern Kailash.
The 5 monthly program was an unparalleled opportunity to be trained in Classical Hatha Yoga, derived from a yogic tradition maintained in its sanctity and vibrancy for thousands of years.
