Yoga4Caregivers is a movement with a mission to help caregivers feel supported, connected and empowered on and off the yoga mat founded by Jennifer Henius. Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher and nationally recognized caregiver health policy leader and advocate. Jennifer spent more than a decade working to implement and administer the national Caregiver Support Program at the Department of Veteran Affairs.
