Yogafactory Yogafactory is known to be a place of openness, kindness and honest spiritual guidance. The heart of Yogafactory is the sense of community felt in both the lounge and the yoga space. We are teaching an authentic yoga practice based on the ancient wisdom from India and the yogis. All practices hold these spiritual texts and traditions as a platform - whether they are titled Yoga Conditioning, Aerial Yoga or Hatha Yoga they all hold a true approach to the practice. In all our practices you will find meditation - as a part of the training, as a part of the movement and as a practice in its own right. Expect a silent start to your physical practice, expect to end every practice in Savasana ( rest), expect to start and end some practices with chants and pranayama ( song and breathing) - and expect a new sense of presentness, joy and feeling amazing! We have many different types of yoga and you might find one or two that becomes your favourite. However the idea is to offer a variety of ways to find into that yogic state of mind; clear, calm and grounded - and thereby making a solid blue print to keep doing so through a life time of practicing. Yoga is for all! Yogas chitta vritti nirodha is Patanjali’s definition of yoga. It means that yoga is the removing of the fluctuations of the mind. Namaste! Yogafactory
