Yogalinda Hot Yoga studio offers 40ºC vinyasa yoga classes. Styles offered are vinyasa, ashtanga and power hot vinyasa. By appointment, physiotherapy is also available at the studio.
We spealize in Hot Vinyasa yoga Teacher Trainings. We currently do 4 trainings a year, feb, may, july & oct. These trainings are 200h trainings all held in English and certified by the yoga alliance. We also offer an apprentice program where new teachers can learn new skills, teach yoga in a group setting and get feedback from senior teachers. Our apprentice program is completely free of cost.
For the convenience of our students several showers are on hand in the change rooms after class. Ecological yoga mat rentals are available and our reception area offers water and towels at a some fee. There is no reservation required for the classes, you only need to show up 15 minutes before the class starts.
Hot Yoga is very similar to traditional yoga styles. The principal difference is that the postures are practised in a studio temperature of 40°C. This creates a more cardiovascular workout with a strong focus on breathing, alignment, flexibility and strength.The hot room warms the muscles right from the beginning of the practice so you are less likely to injure yourself. In addition, your muscles are more flexible so you are able to deepen your stretch in the postures.
The euphoria after a hot yoga class is what keeps you coming back for more. Losing weight also helps too!
