The Hospitality Junior Board unites a diverse cohort of young managers from across the sector. It seeks to support and develop them through a variety of activities. Simultaneously, it serves as a platform to transform the sector’s perception, advocating for its value and potential as a great career choice.

Why is this needed?
Because the hospitality industry is one of the cornerstones of our economy, yet it’s often misunderstood and undervalued. Young professionals in this sector (and those considering it as a career) face unique challenges, from navigating career paths to combating negative stereotypes. The Hospitality Junior Board exists to address these challenges head-on by providing support, training, and a sense of community. It’s about building the future leaders who will drive innovation, champion sustainability, and elevate the industry’s reputation.
