Yorkshire Dales Distillery was founded by Sarah and Tony Brotherton in 2016 to provide meaningful and sustainable employment and training to Service Veterans and Dependants, young people, ex-offenders and the long term unemployed.
Based in Colburn, and recognised for quality and provenance, the Distillery produces the Ram Range of traditional spirits and the YD Range which is more contemporary and includes 3 Gins made from Yorkshire fruit.
Staying and growing in the Community, the Distillery will begin the production of English Single Malt Whisky in 2025 and will become B Corp Certified recognising its commitment to people and the planet.
The Distillery supplies direct and through wholesale to the on and off-trade throughout the UK and overseas.
The Distillery also offers an exclusive bespoke contract craft distilling and consultancy service conducting NPD and producing for some of the UK's leading spirit brands.
