Auch heute noch ist es wichtig junge Frauen zu ermutigen und ihnen ein weibliches Rolemodel zur Seite zu stellen. Ein Female-Mentorship-Programm bietet hierfür das ideale Forum und erlaubt erfolgreichen Leader*innen wertvolles Wissen und Erfahrung an junge Talente weiterzugeben.
Mit unserer datengetriebenen Female-Mentoring Plattform "Young Female Mentoring" unterstützen wir mit Hilfe von innovativer Technologie die Förderung von jungen aber auch bereits erfahrenen Frauen in der Businesswelt.
