Young Leaders Academy (YLA), aim to create a success pipeline for young black people as a representation of a positive future vision. We manifest the genius that resides within young men and women for leadership; building character, academic excellence, personal resilience, humility, and a resolute sense of purpose. Our mission is to deliver programmes that prepare young people for that future – creating leaders of character who are grounded in their communities and confident in their abilities.
YLA is made up of African, Caribbean and Dual Heritage boys and girls, from age 8 - 16 years old.
