We are a group of young people who have a passion for healthcare. YPAG offers a platform for us to express our views about healthcare at BCH and in local health care services.
Our roles include:
- Taking responsibility for decisions that affect the way health services are designed and delivered at the hospital.
- Raising awareness for issues facing young people with the healthcare system.
- Developing and empowering members to be confident and successful.
Events we take part in include:
- Staff Interviews
- Engaging in ongoing research projects e.g PLACE project
- Organising large forums for Discussion i.e Big Discussion
- Ward Walkabouts
- Design work, previously Magnolia House and the New rare diseases centre.
