The pinnacle of her success came in 2018 when she secured the role of lead stylist for BET's Black Girls Rock. Building a thriving multiple six-figure empire, Coleen recognized that her gift for personal branding could benefit other women. In 2019, she made the decision to retire from her salon chair and focus on her brand agency, Your Branding Xpert, as well as her CEO Chick Community.
