YEA is a student-led ground-up group of semi-autonomous initiatives dedicated to fostering equity within the education system by extending opportunities to a wide range of schools.
We unite young individuals from diverse backgrounds to craft meaningful programs. Our primary objective is to expose youth to resources beyond what their school currently offers.
We encourage self-discovery, helping young people uncover their purpose and motivation through our programs.

We partner with established organisations to create projects supporting:
- The elderly (working with NTUC Health, Fei Yue Community Services, Montfort Care, National Youth Council (NYC))
- Financial Literacy (working with NYC)
- Schools' youth alumni wings (working with Bedok View Secondary School (BVSS) Alumni (Youth Wing))
- Mental health initiatives (working with Lions Clubs International (LCI) Club Tabula Tasa, Soul Shall Overcome (SSO), Minds Untangled)
- Tech programs
- Ground-up volunteer groups to grow
