Building a social organization dedicated to increasing awareness and providing adolescents from marginalized communities with better access to knowledge about hormonal health. Our initiative focuses on conducting educational sessions, interactive workshops, and CrossFit-inspired fitness programs to support and improve the well-being of young individuals , especially girls dealing with conditions such as PCOS.
We are also working on creating a platform which aims to create an inclusive environment where teens can access expert advice on nutrition, mental health, and hormonal changes while engaging in activities that promote a healthy lifestyle
