MIND Ypsilon Overview

In het beleid van de overheid, zorgverzekeraars en financiers staan tal van groepen centraal, maar bijna nooit de naaste. Een radicale focus op naasten is daarom van belang. Zij zijn onze primaire doelgroep, maar zónder de cliënt uit het oog te verliezen. We laten niemand vallen. Niet iedereen is zo zelfredzaam als we zouden willen. Cliënt en naaste zitten in elkaars netwerk, dus we zien naar elkaar om. Maar ieder heeft zijn eigen leven te leven. Pas als je goed voor jezelf zorgt kun je goed ruimte maken voor de ander. Ypsilon wil zich inzetten voor álle naasten van mensen met een (ernstige) psychische kwetsbaarheid. Met ingang van 2023 heeft ze daarom de focus op ‘psychosegevoeligheid’ laten vallen. Uiteraard blijft het wel een specialisme.
