Yuvamanthan Model G20 (YMG20) is designed at creating awareness on G20 among the youth, capturing their ideas and disseminating them to policymakers, G20 practitioners and foreign delegates. It allows students and young participants to discuss current economic, socio-political and cultural issues by participating in a mock simulation of the G20 summit where they act as the leaders of the G20 nations. It is aimed and designed for young learners who wish to ace the art of Public speaking, Team building and Diplomacy. The first round of YMG20 Summits will be held at the institutional levels followed by national-level summits. Institutions will organize institutional-level summits on their campuses. The winners of these institutional-level summits will have a chance to qualify for higher level summits. We would be reaching out to 10000+ Education Institutions for conducting Model G20.
Yuvamanthan aims to create awareness, soft-skills and participation amongst the youth on the principles of self awareness, inclusivity, role sharing and innovation. As we enter the ‘Amrit Kaal’ which is futuristic and inclusive, initiatives like YMG20 will build them up and position themselves for success. Some of the objectives of YMG20 are:
1. To encourage the youth to come up with solutions to real-world problems.
2. To activate participation of youth in governance.
3. To inform the youth on the initiatives of the government.
4. To provide the youth with a global outlook.
5. To engage the youth in meaningful activities and build their soft-skills.
