I am a passionate fitness athlete, personal fitness trainer and online coach. Personal experience: - 6 years of fitness and functional training - 1 year of Crossfit training - 3 years of Pole-dance training - participating on different obstacle races such as Spartan Race, Strong Viking, etc. I am focused on creating both workout plans and meal plans to help you on your fitness journey. I access to each client with an individual approach. Thus within all programs, I am flexible to customize it according to your needs, time and your budget. My personal trainings and online coaching are for everyone, in any age, with different goals and demands : -weight loss, -gaining of muscle mass, -healthy lifestyle, -increasing of strenght, -wellness and relax, -or just to keep yourself fit, -outdoor or indoor training If you follow up my program, I guarantee you 100% progress and nonstop motivation.
