With a new turn in direction, Zarabanda's creative and passionate chef and owner Jose Luis Bustamante, maintains a healthy balance between traditional cuisine and new trends, however, straying from minimalist dishes. Zarabanda's menu is almost all gluten free and works around allergies and intolerances.
