Zeal Hotels was set up in 2012 to acquire strategic hotel sites, develop the hotels, and maintain ownership of the assets. Ownership can be outright or take the form of a Joint Venture with appropriate partners.
Our exciting new concept pushes the boundaries and challenges the established construction of hotels. Cross-laminated timber (CLT), which helps remove approximately 40% of the CO2 emissions over the hotel's life cycle, is only one of the many elements employed to deliver the true net-zero carbon position without the requirement for offset considerations.
