We place an unparalleled emphasis on ROI. Typically, we measure results based on ROE (return on expectations), ‘Stickiness’ (how well the coaching outcomes become habits) and Wellness Scores.
We review at either 6 or 12 months after completing the coaching program to ensure that coaching outcomes are an enduring part of the leader’s or team’s way of being. If they have slipped, we offer a no-cost make-up session to put things back on track.
