Chez nous Overview

Chez nous is the project to launch an eco-responsible place, mixing a zero waste restaurant with do-it-yourself workshops to learn how to reduce its environmental impact. We are part of a process of total traceability of our products, coming from short circuits and 100% Belgian Kingdom! In Belgium, the seasons changes and so does our menu. Our cuisine is in line with the zero waste philosophy. We want to promote Belgian local products as much as possible, and more precisely Brussels products. Opting for Belgian fruits and vegetables that follow the rhythm of the seasons is very beneficial for the environment and will allow you to rediscover a lot of flavours and please your stomach. Our philosophy: good, healthy, local and without food waste! From this comes the "little dishes to share": at ZERO it is not at will it is to your satisfaction. We want to be able to accommodate all tastes, and for that we will be part of a varied and adaptable menu for all. The workshops we will offer will be a way to learn to be more autonomous. Change your lifestyle in a fun and positive way in a collective and eco-friendly way. It is with the DIY that you will be able to create design, fashion, cosmetics and everyday products... using natural products and recycled elements. You will leave with the satisfaction of having created an object made by you and for you. Upcycling is the action of recovering materials or products that are no longer in use in order to transform them and give them a new life. In addition to the ecological benefits of reuse, overcycling provides an opportunity to create unique objects. At ZERO, the decoration will be done from the floor to the ceiling and from the plates to the plates thanks to the Brussels waste processed in a design and aesthetic way. To achieve this, we can count on the creativity and know-how of our partners who are invested in the upcycling process. ZERO: the showcase of the Brussels Upcycling!
