Zero Carbon Futures is a collection of first-principle trained building services designers who are highly experienced and able to talk across several different design disciplines.
We provide holistic and integrated design solutions, bespoke and specifically targeted to the Client's needs on each project. Our solutions often challenge the Client's perception of what they 'think they want' in order to deliver their project but our solutions are solidly aimed at de-risking whichever direction the Client wishes to peruse.
These superior design outcomes are generally achieved by deploying performance solutions and expert judgments. These clever deviations from DtS outcomes have, to-date, always been accepted by Building Surveyors through our first-principles justifications and evidenced-based knowledge acquired from delivering design commissions across three continents.
Finally, all engineers that work for Zero Carbon Futures are independent designers that have no external company affiliation. We sell no product equipment, nor endorse any particular technology and we receive no remuneration from product suppliers . Our designs are developed without prejudice or bias and are technology agonistic. We see out key role as educating our Clients (and to a lesser extent the design teams we choose to collaborate with) to make informed decisions in delivering an integrated project, embedded with cost-effective sustainability and future-proofing considerations.
