Dr. Zeto Bachri, S.H., M.H., the Managing Partner, completed his Bachelor of Laws at Sriwijaya University in 1993, Master of Business Law at the Postgraduate Program Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 2007, and Doctoral Program in Law at Brawijaya University in 2018. He started his career as an Advocate in the office of Eddy Danuwidjadja & Partners from 1993 to 2000. From 2000 to February 2004, he joined the Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) as a Litigation Counsel. From February 2004 to February 2005, he was a member of the IBRA settlement team at the Legal Bureau of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.
Dr. Zeto Bachri, S.H., M.H. is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI), a Receiver and Administrator for Bankruptcy, and also holds a license for Intellectual Property Rights.
