Tegon’s type-II superlattice(T2SL) cooled detectors outperforms international standards in terms of noise, detection rate, and operating temperature. The company has also pioneered the development of long-wave and very-long-wave products not yet in mass production domestically, demonstrating its leading research and development capabilities. In terms of new products, the company continually invests significant funds to maintain a rapid pace of launching three to five new products each year.
The company was built with cleanrooms of Class 100 and Class 1000, equipped with advanced semiconductor research and production equipment, including photolithography machines, ICP etching machines, PVD, CVD coating machines, and flip-chip bonding machines etc.
