Zidell Yards is the ambitious redevelopment project involving a former industrial site on the waterfront of the Willamette River just south of downtown Portland, OR. Upon full build-out, which will include new construction as well as adaptive reuse of a large former industrial building on the site, the 33-acre site of Zidell Yards will feature:
• approximately 1.5 million SF of Class A office/research space
• 2,200 multi-family residential units both for rent and for sale
• 200,000 SF of retail/dining space
• a boutique hotel
• multiple public parks comprising over ten acres, including an extension of the city's riverfront Greenway with recreational access to the Willamette River.
First phase completions are projected for 2021.
